What are the costs

Occupancy plans are based on low, mid and high season

Low season £2,995 per week

High season £5,995 per week

Management, Bills, Maintenance

£24.50 per month per week purchased paid annually £294pa

Each week purchased pays a management fee.

This includes

  • Internet
  • Pool cleaning
  • Change overs, cleaning, linen, welcome pack
  • Repairs and decorations
  • Company legal/accounts
