My Share Property is a new concept in purchasing a vacation property at an affordable price  in Spain. The directors have over 25 years of experience in the purchase and sale of properties and management of investment properties, both in the UK and overseas. 

My Share Property provides the solution for those people who 

• Don’t  have the funds to own a property outright in Spain
• Possess the funds to own a property outright but are only able to use it a few weeks or months each  year
• Would  prefer to part own a property for a fraction of the cost rather than own a property outright of lesser value or location
