Total investment required £120,000.
The investment will include the purchase of a two-bedroom apartment in Javea area of Costa Blanca , which will be transferred into a UK Limited asset-based company, which the investor will hold the share in.
The investment will also include

All of the above will be managed by My Share Property. When the apartment is ready for the sale
of the My Share Property weeks all legals and share transfers in the UK company will be handled by
accountants/solicitors who specialise in property fractional ownerships
